hey, i am koushik. i build systems, not cute little portfolios. this is my corner of the internet where i try to make creative work less chaotic and a lot less stupid.

i started out doing whatever paid the bills – editing, motion, music, branding, random tech stuff. somewhere in that mess i got obsessed with how work flows, where it breaks, and how to wire it so people stop firefighting every damn day.

right now my main playground is sako – a creative ops platform hiding behind a design subscription. clients see unlimited tasks and clean delivery. i see pods, sla timers, stripe logic, ai estimators, and a shit ton of data on what it really takes to ship.

i design enough to have taste, code enough to be dangerous, and automate anything that looks repetitive. i care about margins, systems, and speed more than i care about dribbble shots. if something looks pretty but does not move numbers, i do not care.

this site is not a "look at my perfect career" shrine. it is a live status page for whoever is thinking about working with me, backing what i am building, or dragging me into some weird but interesting collab.

if you like clean ops, honest timelines, and founders who admit when something is fucked before it explodes, you will probably vibe with me. if you want endless buzzwords and corporate cosplay, you will hate it here. and that is fine.
